Produced in the Calabria region

On the slopes above an ancient and famous watercourse, Carolea olives are grown, a typical Calabrian variety and very present in the area, which will then be transformed. The oil obtained has had the honor of receiving the same name as its older brother Lucano thanks to the ancient course where, although at a distance in altitude, the olive trees are reflected during the day and night.

Carolea monovarietal, medium/light fruity with hints of tomato and almond.
