      The Art of High Conservation

      Building on our decades of experience in fine dining and home-made preserves, we have created an ambitious project: an artisanal production laboratory dedicated to exclusive agri-food rarities.

      The workshop is nestled in Fiumefreddo Bruzio (CS), an ancient village nestled between the sea and the mountains, listed among the most beautiful in Italy. Here, in a marine area of our origins, centuries-old traditions are maintained or revisited with meticulous techniques to ensure unparalleled quality and uniqueness.

      Our Artisan Rarities:

      * Botanical Nectars: Exclusive fruit preserves enriched with flowers.

      * The Unique Garden: Seasonal vegetables processed with unique artisanal methods.

      * The Secret Stuffings: Dried or cooked fruit, stuffed, masterpieces; ...the sweets of the past.

      * Mare Nostrum: the preserved sea, various fish species such as the prized Mediterranean Bluefin Tuna in various varieties, the fruit of local fishing between Stromboli and the Calabrian coast.

      We preserve unobtainable flavors, for palates that seek the inimitable.
